Following on a trend in Paris and Lyon, exciting young French chefs are starting to challenge some of the older French culinary traditions and are producing some fabulous modern interpretations of French classics. Join me to discover some of the wonderful dishes in a hands on morning of cooking followed by the usual lunch of our 3 course menu.
