This is a very exciting opportunity to join me at Les Soeurs Anglaises for a full day, cooking course. You will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough, the sauce and toppings for delicious pizzas for all the family. We will then show you how to set your fire in the pizza oven and cook the perfect Italian-style pizza.
We will also look at how you could adapt your pizza to cook on a fire pit
120€ per person includes drinks, lunch and all the food for the course.

The flavours of Summer Pop Up
Let's celebrate summer at our third pop up with a host of sensational summer dishes making the most of the season's amazing ingredients. The menu will be inspired by fresh garden produce pared with other seasonal ingredients in a very much French based menu.

With such a vast country, Indian dishes are very regional and with a large Hindu population, many are meat free, so join me to discover some of the best veggie dishes in Indian cuisine.

For 1 night only I am cooking street food as part of a wonderful night of comedy at Les Soeurs Anglaises, as they host the amazingly funny British comedy act Instant Wit - I'm cooking up Banh Mi baguettes with chilli chicken, herbs and salad or Falafel Burgers with tahini sauce; plus a slice of delicious cake all for the great price of 10€ for main + dessert.

A Taste of Spain
Such an abundance of amazing ingredients make Spanish cuisine so exciting and diverse. We will cook some of the classics in this first Spanish cook club - Arroz negro (squid ink paella) Boquerones, anchovy tapas, Churros with chocolate sauce and more.

La Tablée Private Dining Club
Announcing my second collaboration with Katie Armitage of Les Soeurs Anglaises and the launch of our new Private Dining Club La Tablée - or the Sharing Table. Hosted by Katie we are offering 6 one night dinners each year for club members only.
Membership for a year is 1€ and enables us to offer wine and beer with your meal. As members you will have exclusive access to each dinner in the beautiful and romantic setting at Les Soeurs Anlagiases.

Join myself and acclaimed food photographer Ian Wallace as we take you behind the scenes of the fascinating world of food photography. We will cook a dish together in the morning and then in the afternoon after a demo from myself and Ian, you can set up and shoot your food.
